Cancellation Liability: In the event of cancellation of a seminar for any reason, KNK Seminars' liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
Cancellations and No Shows: Cancellations are subject to a 25% service charge. Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel by written notification 10 days prior to the seminar date are liable for the full registration fee. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. Substitutions are permissable at any time prior to the seminar without penalty. However, substitutions are not permitted once onsite registration is completed.
All presentations: will be made by Dr. Kristine N. Kneib of KNK Seminars. Although KNK Seminars makes every effort to ensure the high quality of its seminars, it may be necessary for unforeseen changes in the agenda after the date of publication.
